There is no way to interact with a void (that translucent purple bubble, you know,) but it blocks the side chain, so I cannot reach through them, therefor I have to move the whole molecule to be able to adjust a side chain, that I cannot adjust into the position I want, because it is not possible from the position I was forced into.
Simply put: non-interactive elements in visualization should not effect the normal operations.
Similarly Hydrogen bonds do the same.
I know I can switch them off, but then I loose the information they provide.
Please make these elements transparent from manipulation point of view.

View options - we can enable/disable what we want.
Done.

I will look into what's causing this. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
