|Name:||Amyloid Beta Proteins|
|Puzzle:||Amyloid Beta Proteins|
Amyloid beta build up in the brain slowly and over time goes through a series of aggregating steps. The proteins start as monomers that turn into dimer than turn into trimers and eventually oligomers and fibrils.
Do your best to fold Amyloid Beta Proteins into a stable state (above 8100 ) to determine a possible aggregation state for the proteins. Take a screen shot of the protein and include it in your lab report.
The highest score in the contest will receive extra credit.
