For this week’s homework, we’ll be studying how amino acids form long chains, and how these proteins form three-dimensional shapes. Make sure you’re using a computer with an external mouse. Trust me, I’ve tried without one. You can use one in Room 115 if nobody else is in there.

Of the 39 introductory modules, we’ll do 19 (up through The Right Rotation, and then Intro to Design, Make Five Bonds, and Basic Threading). Even though the beginning modules will be quick, time will add up. Make sure you save as you go along so that you can come back and finish. Remember that help is available!
