1. Right click on the icon in the applications folder for Foldit and click "Show Package Contents"
2. Within the package contents, navigate to "options.txt"
3. Within the options.txt file, you should be able to find "update_group" :"education" or "update_group" : "main" depending on the version you have. You can edit this line to switch between them.
