Let's see if what we learned in class about the forces involved in protein folding can be put into practice as you apply what you have learned. In this series of puzzles you will try to fold a protein into its proper three-dimensional structure starting from an unfolded peptide. Scores are generated using the Rosetta force field. We'll collaborate (and compete) against each other to attain the best-scoring protein structure.
