When you select the "show" option for the Hydrogen Bond Network feature, hydrogen bond networks which are scoring well are highlighted with blue spirals. Low-scoring bonds are highlighted with red spirals.

Hovering over one of the the blue spirals changes it to yellow-green and displays the scoring details for the hydrogen bond network.
