Secondary Structure Design: Penalizes all CYS residues. Penalizes GLY, ALA residues in sheets; penalizes GLY, ALA, SER, THR in helices.

could not recover my top score. also not sure penalty for extra segs is set well, as my 69 seg solution looked better to me than the short one
