Description: This puzzle features the Blueprint panel, which can be accessed from the Actions menu (or the Main menu in Selection Interface). See the blog for more information. Like other recent puzzles, the Rebuild action has been disabled here; in its place we encourage players to use Remix instead. See the puzzle comments for filter details. The Baker Lab will run folding predictions on your solutions for this puzzle, and those that perform well will be synthesized in the lab. Remember, you can use the Upload for Scientists button for up to 5 designs that you want us to look at, even if they are not the best-scoring solutions!

Residue IE Score: Monitors that all PHE, TYR, and TRP residues are scoring well.

Core Existence: Ensures that at least 30% of the residues are buried in the core of your design.

Secondary Structure: Checks that no more than 50% of residues are in helices; penalties are incurred if more than 50% of residues form helices.

Secondary Structure Design: Penalizes all CYS residues. Penalizes GLY, ALA, and PRO residues in helices and sheets.

Residue Count: Penalizes extra residues inserted beyond the 65 residue limit. Players may insert up to 10 extra residues.

Ideal Loops: Penalizes loops that do not conform to preferred ABEGO patterns. Use Auto Structures to see which residues count as "loops."

This puzzle is broken for me

Unsure why but at some point this no longer will play without crashing on scripts, cuts, closing windows and on simple moves like shake, wiggle, and mutate. Installed a fresh client without transferring over any old puzzles and it is still happening (and possibly even more markedly)

Have submitted several feedback entries with logs... most frequent threads crashing are 4, 10, and now 0. Check feedback log for another monomer puzzle which was having the same problems here for more information:

Am still seeing "game_dynamic" which I have been seeing on every update of foldit since Aug. 3 2016 and there are at least 2 or 3 other mac players who are seeing this on their finder bar when a foldit client window is active. This may or may not be contributing to the crashes (I suspect it is though).
