problems with previewing feedback, attached images list formatted badly

Previewing feedback doesn't seem to be working correctly.
Also, as the attached images show, the formatting of the list of attached images can be scrambled.
These problems seem to occur on responses to the first posting for the feedback. So far, the preview function is working correctly for this posting, and the list of attachments is formatted normally.

This is a follow-up posting. The same images are attached again.
Immediately, the list of attachments has a different format.
Also, the "Preview" button does not produce a preview.
In conclusion, the problem is that responses to a feedback are handled differently than the original posting. The "Preview" button does not work, and the list of any attachments is formatted oddly.
