I would like to request the following features:
1) A "Twist" or "Rotate" tool that lets us grab the backbone at some point and rotate rather than trying to drag it around in circles, though if the initial predictions that form the starting state of the protein are good, this might not really be important.
2) Another "Wiggle" tool that ignores side-chain collisions and only considers the backbone.

Directly grabbing to rotate sounds like a good idea. Currently the rotate has to go step by step because it rebuilds the loops at each slight turn. But maybe your backbone-only wiggle would make that more useful.
Good tool ideas for when the Inventory system is complete.
