This project is super-cool, what a brilliant idea. Don't know if/when you're doing an updated version, but if so, here's some personal wish-list items I'd love to see!

- In place rotate. I don't know if this is allowable by the rules of protien folding, but there are a lot of times when it seems desirable to rotate a helix or other piece "in place" around it's own axis without dragging the whole thing. It's possible to get it rotated by lots of dragging, so it seems like a legal move, although the dragging tends to move stuff not intended to be moved. (Locks sometimes help, often don't.) If it is a legal move, it'd be nice to be able to do that as it saves having to re-fold everything else after you rotate the part.

- Show current score for each part of the score reaching the composite score. This would make it easier to tell what it is in the protein that needs "fixed". i.e. It would be great if there were a mini-score chart in the top left corner for packing, hydrogen bonds, hiding, etc., with each criteria displayed separately.

- Ability to quick-save when a new personal best is reached. A lot of times, it's helpful to experiment with several different possibilities, but you don't want to totally lose your last "good" configuration. This is possible to do with save\load, but it's a lot of extra clicks. A quick-save, or a button that would restore the "personal best" configuration would be handy.

- Ability for wiggle to store "best" configuration. Sometimes wiggle will make the score go up and up, then suddenly sproing it goes down a thousand points. I've taken to mashing the button quickly and hitting it multiple times to try and prevent that, but every now and again I'm not fast enough and I still miss it. It would be nice to be able to be able to hit stop and go back to the "best" configuration that wiggle yielded in that move.

Rotate is already implemented - the Tweak tool, accessible through the right-click menu (pie menu).

Separating out the score is something I'd like to do. I think it would help a lot for teaching new players especially.
