| Description: |
I tried to find a way for a faster mutating of many segments.
By setting sidechains directly and without shaking (after applying them) all the time, you can decide if you want only to do the "cleanup" shake after the trying of all acids, or inbetween like before, both with selectable iteration number.
See Top of script for details. |

To write this script and get the different order styles to choose, I took wikia's spreadsheet information about the Amino Acid's attributes like their hydropathy index, color (orange / blue), and measured their length (which is important for the space the sidechains need).
Combining those 3 criteria (length, color and hydropathy index) and sorting according to these values result 6 different possibilites for an order to test (random order not included).
If you need the spreadheet I used for coding the order (via EXCEL- or text-file), let me know.
