Want to see if your Foldit CASP9 prediction was submitted as one of the five models?

We have calculated the GDT values for the CASP9 targets whose native structures have been released.

GDT (Global Distance Test) is the metric that has been used by the assessors in previous CASPs (the higher the number, the closer to the native: 100 would be a perfect match the native wheras 0 would be very bad)

Madde has created a beautiful table for all the Foldit CASP9 targets here:
http://de.foldit.wikia.com/wiki/CASP#CASP9-Puzzles
and in the right column you can see which of the 5 submitted models was closest to the native.

If you scroll down you can see which players' models were submitted for each individual target, as well as how close they were to the native and which templates were used.

This table will be updated as more native structures become public.

We have also posted a Quest to the Native for CASP9 Puzzle 2d (which had the template that was closest to the native).
