| Description: | The 10th CASP9 target is tricky because it does have templates, but they might not be very good. In fact, 3 of the 5 models submitted to CASP9 by the Rosetta Server did not use any templates. So we are giving you these 5 Rosetta@home predictions as well as 4 templates. Each time you reset the puzzle, one of the 5 Rosetta Server models will start, but all 5 of these models are also in your template reserve. Even though these thread and score a lot better than the iffy templates, please do try out the 4 templates just in case! |
