I agree with Crashguard.
I agree with Crashguard. While the page describes the functions of the various widgets well, there's still no description of how to use it in practise. Requests for such a page seem to be met with the addition of further levels of complexity to the tool.

New alighnment tool
With my very limited skills, I would love to see two more Itro. puzzles, one for multiple alignments, and one for partial threading.
...quite useful.
But I still want some grahpics, which show the templates ;)
