We've posted the update with scripting for everyone! Here's what's in it:

Scripting Recipes: Lua script-based rescipes are now available. They can be accessed from the "New (Script)" button in the cookbook. There is also a panel to show output from recipes.

Visualization: Outlines are off by default. The "Exposed Hydrophobic" looks different, and the issues now glow. Many of the view options have been moved to the Advanced GUI (accessible from the General Options dialog), and there is a "Reset view options" button.

Undo Graph: You can now also adjust how much memory the undo graph will use.

Chat ignore: you can use the commands "/ignore ", "/unignore ", and "/ignore-list" in chat.

Levels: level 1-3 has been changed to be a little easier.
