please let us know what you are trying to do.
have you been able to load this puzzle?
did you go through the Intro Levels yet?

Otherwise, when you open Foldit:
Click on "START"
Click on "Play Online"
Click on "Science Puzzles"
Select the Beginner Puzzle and click on "Play"
Learning how to do this and it is making me comment.
