Today we have a major interface update!

New features and changes:

Rebuild:  You can access rebuilding through the ctrl/right-click pie menu in pull mode.  Rebuild will search through completely new shapes for the protein's backbone.  Use locks and bands to control the rebuild!

Locks and Bands:  Locks and bands are now shift/middle-click.  A single click will lock and unlock individual pieces of the backbone, giving finer control of what you will move.  A double click will lock or unlock the whole structure.  This works in all modes.

Structure Mode:  when you switch to structure mode, you can change the type of strcutres the protein is made up, between helices, sheets, and loops.  This will have an effect on rebuilding; you can make new helices or sheets, or try to find better loops!  Left click and drag to paint existing structures across the backbone.  You can also select directly with the ctrl/right-click pie menu.

Pie menus:  Right/shift-click will bring up a pie menu to give you some actions to perform.

You can now see who is logged on to chat by clicking the (i) on the chat tabs.

The home key recenters the view on the protein.
